Materials

  1. 1st layer – Plastic mat

    • 500 gsm virgin polypropylene (PP) multifilament, 500 denier in warp, hollow tube in weft

    • Fire‑retardant* to pass CPAI 84/5

    • Tightly woven twill double-thickness with minimum 1,000 tubes/meter

    • Heavy-duty ribbon stitched around perimeter 

  2. 2nd layer – Aluminized canvas

    • Strong synthetic canvas with durable aluminum coating, soft and noiseless

    • Fire‑retardant* to pass CPAI 84/5

    • Stitched lengthwise in centre and crosswise in three equally‑spaced lines 

  3. 3rd layer – Fleece blanket

    • Medium thermal blanket

    • Fire‑retardant* to pass CPAI 84/5

    • Stitched lengthwise in centre and crosswise in three equally‑spaced lines 

Mat opening

  • Open at one end to allow access between the plastic mat and aluminized canvas

  • Closes with a fold, similar to a pillowcase closure
